Can you please provide more information of the system you have tried running with which OS, which ScummVM build, which ffmpeg build? When extracted with DoubleFine explorer, one can find english speech in some french and italian files, it might be there Cutscenes' audio can be extracted and put as is with compressed with scummvm-tools SAN files, so music in cutscenes is available.
